Summary of Project:
PukePine PurePine work in a high risk industry and were looking for an effective tool to communicate health and safety requirements in a clear, concise and engaging way. They also wanted to use the opportunity to provide company level information that told the history of the company and what it represents, launch their newly introduced brand values and build on the culture.
We worked with them to provide solutions that met all their objectives and allowed them to build on and enhance, existing documentation and systems, already in place.

Incident Reporting has increased
Increase in staff volunteering to be H&S Reps – this has gone from having to ‘ask’ people to do the role, to a full room of staff volunteering.
Confidence at management level ALL staff are being told all the necessary information and told in the same way – as it’s now in a video, rather than relying on an individual to communicate this.
Change in behaviour in relation to H&S – there is now buy in across the board about health and safety and what needs to be done.
